Jeff - Daycare/Kennel Manager
Jeff joined the kennel team in 2008. He was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Colorado in 1994. Jeff grew up with all types of animals, including goldfish, lizards, cats and dogs, and has enjoyed volunteering at the Longmont Humane Society. He has studied music, sign language, and exercise/kinesiology through Front Range Community College and the University of Northern Colorado. He loves music, drumming, rock climbing and reading.
Dani - Daycare/Kennel Assistant
Dani is shown with Mo'o Puna, the California Sea Lion. She was born in New Mexico and moved to Colorado in 1996. Dani studied zoology and Spanish at Colorado State University and specialized in training marine mammals, including dolphins, seals and sea lions. She enjoys reading, art projects, and spending time with her 2 cats, Sirius and Lily.
Alexis - Daycare/Kennel Assistant
Alexis is shown here with Gato, her 14 year old cat. Alexis graduated from Silver Creek High School in 2012 and is attending Front Range Community College. She shares her home with three cats, Gato, Mojo and Lucky; her dog, Milo; and two hermit crabs, Sheldon and Patricia. She enjoys music, family and friends, video games, reading, and adventures.
Victoria - Daycare/Kennel Assistant Victoria joined the kennel team in July of 2012. Her canine family includes Kole, a labradoodle, Kaden, a border collie/lab, Rocky, a Golden Retriever, and Peanut, a doxie mix. When she is not cuddling up to the dogs in daycare, you can find her hiking, rock climbing, camping and spending time with her friends.
Alex - Daycare/Kennel Assistant Alex was born in sunny Southern California and moved to Boulder in the spring of 2010 to attend the University of Colorado. He graduated in May of 2012 with a degree in sociology. Alex's favorite dog breed is the golden retriever. In his spare time, he enjoys basketball, video games and watching movies.
Ashley - Daycare/Kennel Assistant Ashley joined the kennel team in September of 2012, and is
shown with her boyfriend's dog, Howard. Ashley is originally from Illinois and
Nebraska, but moved to Colorado in of June 2012. She grew up with many kinds of
pets and farm animals, and currently has two dogs, a bichon frise named Pookie,
and a jack russell-mix named Mambo. When she isn't caring for her dogs or the
kennel's animals, she's playing video games, rock climbing or enjoying music.
Michael - Daycare/Kennel Assistant
Michael came to Colorado from the east coast. He grew up in New Jersey and then graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Landscape Horticulture in 2011. Michael has always loved dogs and has had many special ones throughout his life. He also loves music, especially classic, funk and soul. His other interests include philosophy, politics and economics.
Jarrett - Daycare/Kennel Assistant
Jarrett studied bio-medical and mechanical engineering. He is a certified equipment operator and
loves working on anything mechanical. At home, Jarrett has two dogs, Ziggy and
Marley, and wants a pit bull rescue. He loves riding dirt bikes, long boards, snow skis and wake boards.
